1.1 Location Information:
We collect your GPS location information with your explicit consent. You have the option to grant or deny location access through your device settings at any time. You can turn off location sharing for our App in your device settings.
We use your location information solely for the purpose of providing you with location-based services through the Yelp Fusion API. We do not use or share your location information for any other purpose.
We share your location information with Yelp through the Yelp Fusion API for the purpose of providing you with location-based services. Lunch Roulette only retains your data in memory long enough to send it to Yelp. As such, it is deleted locally as soon as the app is closed.
You can control and manage the location permissions for our App through your device settings. You can also uninstall our App if you no longer wish to use it.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App or through other means as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
